my triggers are mostly visual and from you I am OBSESSED with your inspection sections. I love the one you did of the back because you had so much space to intensely look at and comment on!! a full body assessment video would have me sooo zen ❤

@@ASMRLiveLounge Yeah it's amazing! I think it's a combination of so many triggers rolled into one: glove crinkles, soft touches, quiet commentary, the intense focus...and your voice is just the cherry on top!

My favourite triggers 1) droppers when squeezing liquid (whilst describing the scent of each oil/extract) 2) flipping the plastic sleeves of a really thick lever arch file (you did this in your video with Emma) 2) makeup especially lipgoss 3) mixing a cream based mask with a wooden spatula (the ones they use for waxing) in a wooden bowl 4) writing on a clipboard with a pencil really slowly 5) fabric sounds I'm sure you'd be really good at all of these🥹🥹🥹

Fabric sounds! Especially the tucking in. Think it stems from childhood being tucked into bed 🥰 safe and warm

Oh that's lovely..I have the same thoughts, that a lot of out triggers come from childhood and a feeling of safety and nurture. I'll try to incorporate more of those sound into my videos ♡ Have a lovely evening x

Ear touching - like ear acupressure, is a big one, but I have no idea why. It might come from being young and a hairdresser very slowly cutting hair round ears... Another one, from childhood is being measured... both clothes and from being very small, measuring feet for school shoes. I think it was partly the care and gentleness that went into it...

I know I’ve filled your head with this already, and I’m gonna do it more often😅but I think everyone should know this. My most favourite ASMR trigger is bubblegum blowing. It’s very visual ASMR as well as audible ASMR for me. I love watching people blow bubblegum and I love people watching me blow bubblegum😄😄😄I love the heavy blowing sound as the bubble inflates, and big bubble pops that sound like popping your finger with your mouth or loud snap-like pop sounds. Watching bubble blowing videos on YT inspired me to make me own bubblegum content on TikTok and Insta😚🍬🫧💥💖💖💖💖💖
