I really don't get how it would work. Creators don't care about their most beloved or loyal fans, they will post their work, reply within a timeframe to the first few then forget about it and keep checking for how many views. How would it serve them to connect with loyal fans when it's not benefiting them. They could use platforms like Patreon or Only fans to allow access to "loyal fans" so they can fleece more money from them. Honestly as a creator himself how on earth could he not see the exchange of value was none existent. On a platform like KZbin, you only care and want to connect with the KZbin algorithm and make your video go viral and get more people to watch your stuff. You just like the beginning of projects, the amazing productivity and technology choices you can make. The rapid progress is exhilarating at first and then it gets boring. You should really work more on your project's concept to find something you're passionate about and will work on all the way through. Also, you should be the sole founder, as you seem to really hate people having different ideas. This way you can make all the decisions
@LuXxenatorX2 жыл бұрын
such analysis
@ryan.connaughton2 жыл бұрын
Not sure you listened to what he said based on that anlysis. He literally just mentioned he's found his passion: 'creating for creators'. I think he's been wise to exit early after discovering him and his co-founder just have different mindsets (which is unsurprising given product/software people compared to marketers tend to have very different approaches to building an early stage product). There's a fine line between exiting too early and exiting too late when things aren't working. Better to do it now rather than later when everyone is much more heavily invested.
@sebastiancrossa2 жыл бұрын
"You just like the beginning of projects, the amazing productivity and technology choices you can make" - he pretty much worked way beyond the initial stages of the project with the doge clubhouse thing, so I don't think this is an accurate take. "You should really work more on your project's concept to find something you're passionate about and will work on all the way through" - he literally just said in the video that his next venture is going to be in the creator economy space, which was the exact same industry he worked on with astral fans. "you seem to really hate people having different ideas" - really bad assumption to make if you don't know the full context of why he made the decision to leave. tldr: this comment makes it look like you're bashing Ben for once again "failing" on another project with all these weird assumptions, as if the whole point of building a startup wasn't about experimenting. edit: typos
