I just wanted to say thanks & wish you the best of luck in the future. I've been a subscriber from way back. I have been considering retiring in Thailand for a few years and yours is one of the channels I've been watching for solid information. I'm going there for a preliminary visit next month. Glad to see that you are pursuing other options. I’m in the US right now visiting, one thing you may have noticed is the cost of living is much higher than when you may have left. I am enjoying living in Thailand and not really having to worry about the cost of a meal, gas or electricity. I do realize that the cost of living is all relative and for many Thais it has gone up a lot in recent months, but food in the US has gone up in my observation about 30%, gas is still high, electricity and water bills have also gone up quite a bit in the US. Thailand has a cap on the price of Diesel, and many consumer trucks and suvs have diesel engines, which help keep transportation and delivery costs lower which is much appreciated. Hope to see you around when you visit Thailand again, best of luck on your future endeavors.

Julian - Best wishes. Thailand is a very beautiful country. I loved Thai language, culture, people & Royal Family. Hoped to retire in Thailand. You are right to venture when you are young. Every success to you.

Going back to the United States for the WEF'S orchestrated collapse of the United States, the total collapse of the global financial system and the orchestrated global famine. Thailand would provide a much better chance of survival.

This looks like a luxury van or coach you're in. I would like to use that option when I go back to Bangkok when leaving Pattaya. Would you care to share the company or traval agency ?
@SportsIncorporated2 жыл бұрын
Julian, think subscriber retention. 95% monthly retention ==> 54% annual retention 90% monthly retention ==> 28% annual retention What happens with the Google search algorithm when a website or KZbin channel isn't kept fresh. I would consider how Google might downgrade your work in their search algorithm. The US isn't just about a good job. It's about security. Food security, military security, climate change security, water security,... Of course there are still hurricanes and tornados.

You're still young I think its a good decision to pursue a better career back in the states. I'm past my prime, both career and age wise, and I wish that I can move to Bangkok. Just wondering if there are any language schools in Bangkok that you would suggest to apply for a teaching post?

I'm leaving Vegas for Thailand soon. It's too expensive here by comparison. The dollar is at it's strongest right now in Thailand. I hope you don't have to rent in the States, it's only going up.

More thai's have chosen america for their home outside thailand and any other country in the world. Good luck in now buying a home in america at 6 to 7 percent interest rate now. My home in Vegas has reach $160,000US increase in value from the time I got it in 2016 at a interest rate of 2.75%.

Work in America party in Thailand is fun
@orangeguy33142 жыл бұрын
@@JULIANKGLASSER what partying are you talking about?. Does thailand have major outdoor festivals like EDC Las Vegas, Life is Beautiful or Coachella. Does thailand have pools parties like the casinos in Vegas with the worlds best djs like marshmello. What about sporting events. Does thailand even have one billion dollar stadium. Like the new stadium the raiders play in. Let alone all the other states in america with their football stadiums. I guess you haven't seen the new resorts world casino in Vegas. That one the best casinos in the world and again close to a billion dollar casino. Having the world's best music artists performing inside it.
