"Bulletproof the loneliness" & "if i woke up next to you" touches me so much.. I often try to self soothe by pretending someone is laying next to me falling asleep ( even going as far as putting a wig on my pillow so i can run my fingers thru "her" hair as i fall asleep) & the frequent fantasies of waking up next to someone you love..but ultimately know the fact of it is that you're alone..so the next self soothing technique is to try and be numb you it (bulletproof the loneliness).

One of my favourites of theirs.. I don't know why people have to be cringing on their new direction. Come to think of it, their music has always been progressive. I don't believe in the 'new' and 'old' FOB. There's just FOB.. This goddamned epic band that moves with the times and gives us awesome tunes. I mean, like Patrick said in an interview, they could have written ten 'Sugar..' and made alb after album. But that wasn't them. They wanted to make music that was new yet would resonate with diehards like always. And I LOVE Save Rock and Roll. True, its different but I love that it is. They have never been the kind if band to restrict themselves or the genres their music dabbles in, I don't know why others want them to do that.

For me , this is one of the best love ballad songs that I've ever heard. Have heard a lot , but this is something that I keep returning to. The lyrics , the melody , the meaning... Absolutely a punch to my soul. Thanks for the great work.

This video is so bittersweet. It makes me cry. It makes me think of all my friends in Uganda that live such a hard life. The poor unwanted children at an orphanage that wanted nothing to be loved by someone. They had a dirt floor and struggled to get food to feed all the children daily and as an American who has been very blessed it’s easy to take my life for granted at times. Even the simple things like a pair of shoes to wear has always been provided to me, but there’s thousands of children who don’t even get that privilege. What we can do is donate supplies to reputable orphanages and charities. To see my favorite band acknowledge the hardships in a third world country melts my heart and gives me a whole new respect for those men. Forever a fan❤

Kids, these songs from our generation are the real deal. These aren't just ordinary songs because they bear memories, not songs that has like a single word or just purely humming all throughout the end.
