That's true. What is just everyday life for your average Westerner is a luxury for a black African.

@Strive For greatness You are so casual about calling my statement dumb.... try to improve the way you address people - especially if it's a total stranger. We could have had an intelligent exchange. What a shame. Everyday live in the western world is rare in Africa. What is also true is that more Westerners travel the world on luxury or 5 star vacations than we Africans do. Although it does sometimes happen, it is so rare for us to do this. This type of video showing a black African man (not really that African - because he lives in the West) doing luxury tourism is great! If you were African, you would know what I am talking about.

As an African the first thing i would advise anyone looking to move to the continent is to get a residual income before moving here. alternatively you can come here and start a business but you'll still need an income to live on while here. Dont come here thinking of finding a job bcoz it wont be easy. so build a source of income then come , anything between $1000-$2000 monthly income can enable you to live like a king over here, so work on that first.

krispy kreme Only if you subscribe to the westerners (white peoples) narrative. Without Mugabe Mandela could not have ended Apartheid. Mugabe got rid of the Apartheid that the white were doing in Zimbabwe and took the stolen farm land back. That pissed of white peoples who applied Sanctions on Zimbabwe to collapse it economy and funded opposition groups in attempts to overthrow Mugabe. They wanted to do to Mugabe what they did to Gaddafi.

Beauty Stick They are the western supported opposition. In every country there will be some dissatisfied groups and the west supports them to overthrow African government the West doesn't like. The first black African country to gain independence from the British Empire Ghana had it first Democratically elected president Kwame Nkrumah was overthrown by a tribalistic military coup engineered by British through the CIA because they feared the rest of the colonies would follow Ghana. Mugabe crushed the Zimbabweans who were funded by the west in attempts to overthrow his government so white can retain their economic power having lost their political power. Mugabe freed Zimbabwe from white subjugation, despite his imperfections.
@stuyvesantrockwell7070
@stuyvesantrockwell7070 5 жыл бұрын
krispy kreme You are mistaken. They did want to overthrow him that was the purpose of applying economic sanctions on Zimbabwe in order to collapse the countries economy thereby causing civil unrest in the population resulting in his overthrow by his own people and it almost worked. However, the coup that took place nearing the end of Mugabe's life only resulted in him being replace by one of this cronies (his second in common). So the West did not really succeed. The only other option available to the West in overthrowing Mugabe was military intervention (a war of regime came like what was done to Saddam Hussiem), but that option is politically problematic because of the neo colonialism it engenders, given Black Africa's historical issues with European imperialism in Africa. It will also be economic bad for the West because most of the technology manufactured by western multinational corporations like Apple require raw materials known as rare earth metals (nothing electronic can work without rare earth metals mostly found in Black African countries - google it). African nations that possess these materials will boycott the West and sell to China and other Asian economies. The rest of black Africa (Gaddafi was an Arab) will not accept white military intervention in Zimbabwe and would rally to Mugabe aide. It's a matter of African sovereignty over African land. That why Apartheid in Both Zimbabwe and South Africa could not be sustained by the white colonisers.

This building looks like one of Wonda World Estate's projects by Nana Kwame Bediako. Wode Maya, I wish you would interview Nana. As a diasporian who already owns a house, I don't want to get land to build. I want a luxury condo where I can come and go. I have been checking out Nano's work and it is spectacular. I bet a lot of diasporians would be interested in already built condos and townhouses.

@@williokine6014 I did. The Kwarleyz is one of Wonda World's buildings. I like the amenities, but that building is too small. The building at One Oxford Street is more my style. Right now, I am in research mode. God's wiiling when I come over next year, I will have a list of properties to view.
