Love Wilder's take on how you should approach you planning and design. Architectural designer should alway consider his or her form (Design) & Function (How it relates to your living & needs). Hi Will, I like your content, I visited Belize this year and got an idea of buying small wooden house in Ladyville and turning it out to Airbnb, do you think it makes sense to invest in this really small property let's say 70k US dollars and have it up and running even if I do not reside in Belize? One of the nice things in the area is that bedrock is typically at surface level to about 20 feet below surface level so these homes are usually secured to bedrock by their piles of their footings.
