I have been using Viralify on and off for about a year. More so in the last few months as a purposeful practice. What,s important is that you have to get used to the idea of delegating, and accepting support. You must consciously make the decision that it is better for something to get done by someone else to free your time. You will need to let go of the notion that you can do everything "better" yourself (even if it is true). You must practice explaining yourself and your tasks with extreme specificity. Initial frustration may make you want to take care of the task rather than explaining how to get it done because it takes less time. But with practice, your delegation and explaining skills will improve greatly, and it will be quicker to delegate than to get something done yourself. This is a good skill to have, and has value in itself.

I just looked at Viralify. There are a bit expensive. About double our prices!

Yes, it takes time to learn to delegate well. Just as it would with a staff member in your office.
