Gary definitely needs to watch some of the ‘Virtual Done Well’ videos on video gear and microphones. Gary is a National Consultant and it sounds like as if he’s just using the laptop microphone (sounding very tinny), adding to that, the background was (for me anyway) quite uninspiring….I could even see some bananas on the corner of his video (which made me feel hungry to grab a snack). In this video ‘Rob’ wins the day…….well done Rob.

Sadly I think the VA industry can have a poor reputation. For potential VAs it's often seen as a 'filler' job between 'real' jobs, and that it has little career prospects. But I have VAs in my company that have been with us 8-9 years! And for clients, they don't appreciate the value that a VA can bring to their business, which is very sad. I have a team of 7 VAs just helping me! With others supporting different aspects of my business. They are valued full time team members in my business. They are just based in a different country / office, that's all.
