I was happy to move out of my apartment but it definitely took some time for my house to feel like my home. We had a lot of work to do cuz it was a fixer upper. But it's been six months and it finally feels homey. It's definitely a weird feeling when you know you wanna move but the transition is a lot.

My parents have been divorced for 4 years and I have gotten used to them living a couple blocks down from each other. My mom is currently pregnant with her bf’s child and we are moving about 35-40 minutes away. I’ll still be able to see my dad the same amount I’ll see my mom but I feel like everything is being taken away from me that I love. Seeing you go through similar change to mine helps me so much. I try talking to people but they just don’t truly understand what it feels like. So if you’re ever feeling down just know you help and impact so many peoples lives in many ways all the time. These emotions reminded me of how I felt when I moved out of my parents house to live with my boyfriend. But now I'm never happier living with my boyfriend now. Moving and the emotions that come with it is so sad, but really worth it in the end.

I don’t think it’s a Taurus thing, as much as it’s just your personality. Change is scary, I cried when I moved out of my apartment too and into a house. It was the first apartment I had after getting into recovery and owning a home is intimidating as hell. It’s okay to mourn the space that was yours for all these years, where you made all these memories, and went through a lot of stuff in. I’m so incredibly proud of you though 🤍
