if you pay attention to details it absolutely has to be 6!! seems near perfect with lots of kitchen storage, similar pantry to your current, natural light, big laundry room, fan for jared, extra bathroom drawer, all wood floors. I personally love built ins so I love that desk area!! also, can hear your excitement in the voiceover and saying “we” about a few things like it’s already yours! so excited for moving vlogs again-congrats!!

7 is my fav, but I’m being swayed by the other folks saying 6 😅 7 has a little more character, more established neighborhood, nice and quiet, perfect yard (as opposed to the all-rock path), etc. All of them are beautiful! I’m excited to see the move 🌟

these are such nice houses! absolutely love the kitchens, especially the ones with the backsplashes and the ones with the slightly darker wood, so cute. The bathrooms are amazing too. As a gal from NY, these are VERY impressive rentals.

Holy cow I love looking at the unique houses in your state! I'm usually a silent viewer but I have to say I think you chose #6. #2 had a similar kitchen/living room situation but could not stand the construction. #3 had a great yard but didn't care much for the house itself lol. But I love #6, it felt like you and girl- that butler's pantry!!❤ Also you mentioned that you had someone giving you the tour and the outfit matches, so that's another reason why I think you chose #6 😊

Moved into my apartment without touring it lol! Just went off of online pics… The apartment was so “in demand” that we just needed to apply before the apt would be ready to view (our place paints & puts in new carpet for each tenant). Luckily it worked out tho. But yeah I think renting is insane everywhere rn (I’m in NJ).

I think it's called "paneling" that's on the walls of some of the places you saw, I think that's the right word. Love the HGTV vibes! My sister and I were crazy-obsessed with HGTV, that's how we bonded, haha. Loved that house with all the character, especially the front including a space straight out of the master bedroom. Adorable! Also, my apartment doesn't have the biggest of closets and I have a lot of clothes. So I bought an industrial-style "closet" (racks and shelving) online and works great! Just an idea if the small closets are a turn-off.
