I am excited for your future plans and your friends future plans. I hope Max is able to find a team to play for that is nearby or a short flight away. I hope Lucy's moving overseas goes well! Moving tips: Label the side with what is in boxes and color code by room. Pack a moving day essentials with toilet paper, hand soap, scissors, pen, and hand towel. Pack a first night bag with the essentials and bring this and the moving essentials box with you in your car. When an orchid is just a twig it does not always mean it is dead because the flower can regrow later in the year. The salad looks delicious, and I am excited to be cleared to eat salad after my dental work heals.

When you do get a dog in the future PLEASE adopt. You can adopt a puppy if that's what you want but please don't go to a breeder. There are so many dogs that are amazing and need homes. Locally you can use Rough Tails, Buddy Dog, and also many no kill shelters. Youll even find golden mixes, sometimes even full breads are up for adoption.

Your new place looks so lovely from the sneak peak!! I'm so excited for you. xx Moving tips: (Not many but hopefully they help some!) - Use your suitcases to store anything super important/fragile. You can wrap what's needed, place it in the suitcase, and bring it in your car so you're not worried about it getting damaged in the moving van. - When you pack, try to keep everything together for each room/department. Examples: all bathroom stuff together, all kitchen stuff, all wall decor together, etc, Seems like the common sense thing but the last time I packed, I panicked and just threw whatever in boxes. It makes it a lot harder to unpack and it's really stressful. lol -Pack all your kitchen stuff ahead of time and just keep the bare minimum out that can be packed last minute. For example, for the last few days of being in your place, leave one plate, cup, etc out for each person that can easily be washed and put in the box.

One tip I have for moving that I received from a friend In college who’s moved dorms every year. If you haven’t, worn, touched, or used it more than three times since your last move (a year ago) you probably don’t need it and should get rid of it.

tips for moving: Keep all your clothes on the hangers, it’s so much easier ! keep all your silverware in the divider and just wrap it with the sticky wrap stuff, and pack a separate small bag of all your necessities to like shower, get ready for the day, etc. because if you’re tired after moving and you don’t wanna dig through the boxes to find things you need right away its super convenient !!

Your new apartment looks super similar to my apartment in Denver! With the Nest thermostat 😍 I have moved 5 times on my own and one thing I recommend other than movers is hire someone on Handy or TaskRabbit to help you with unpacking and organizing! Make sure to write on the boxes what you put in them! It always helps me when im moving to know what's in them! And i found it easier to keep all my clothes on hangers because it was a pain to take them off and back on again you'll be happy you kept them on!

When moving the clothes that you have on hangers, just take a garbage bag and cut a small hole at the bottom, slip it over a stack of the clothes so that the hangers stick out of the hole you cut, and then tie the garbage bag at the bottom! that way, you don't have to re-hang clothes in the new closet, and your clothes stay protected! (sorry if that was confusing, lol)

If you don’t want necklaces to get tangled while moving, hang them individually on hangers and tuck it into whatever clothing item you have on there. That’s my biggest tip. Good luck!

Congrats! 🎉 I would say for moving with all the utilities is to submit online and then as soon as you know the account number start direct bill pay with your bank. My roommate and I started a “home account “ to deposit money every month to cover living expenses. It was great cuz we saw what was coming in and what needed to be paid for. We set up a calendar 🗓 schedule to pay bills and then one of us would go online to pay for them all. Other than that take a moment to enjoy the newness of the home cuz you’ll learn to appreciate it later :) love your videos !

a little moving tip - when you move your clothes keep the hanger on all of the clothes and break a hole in the bottom of a trash bag and pull the hangers through the hole. that way your clothes are protected when you move and it makes it a lot easier when organizing your new closet. best wishes to you. Use plastic trash bags to transport hanging clothes! You cut a hole out of the bottom of the bag and then string the hangers through like a garment bag :)
