I'm Not A Vampire - Revamped | Falling In Reverse (Keyboard Cover)

My cover of Falling In Reverse's hit, I'm Not A Vampire (Revamped). I learned on this video that playing with a set of fangs in your mouth causes you to drool. I figured it might add to the ambiance of the piece a little. :) I hope you enjoy, my friends!

Playing by ear is unique to each person, but for those curious to know how the sausage is made, here's what I do: Step One: Plunk it out on the piano. I get the basic chords and some of the structure: kzbin.info/www/bejne/noK6qod8eZtsY6M Step Two: Move to keyboard. Work on subtleties, which is more difficult on keyboard. Start figuring out different sounds (there are multitudes of pianos). kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2SviKyblLt8a5o Step Three: Learn how to play the damned song. This is where it really becomes evident how many parts I don't know. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mV7CnIZsoMaZfa8 Step Four: Should be getting close now. Final touches. Final decisions. Playing it is one thing, recording it and getting the sound levels right is a completely different task. (KZbin adjusts the volume levels, by the way - usually downward. Hey thanks for the kind words. Unfortunately I only play by ear and can't write or read music. Actually, this is why I started recording because it is the only way to remember the music I play. Brother if I could help, I would be glad to, unfortunately I'm just not able.

@@RandoPiano Would you be able to offer a recording of your hands playing it? A top view. Perhaps you could make this exclusively available for patrons. It's not as efficient as sheet music, but it would certainly make it possible then to replicate what you're playing and perhaps get paid for it.
