Headcannon/Theory: Both sanemi and giyu aren't really friend friends they aren't quite close after the fight with muzan.

im pretty sure they didn't have descendants, actually the majority of people outside the main group that we saw at the end of the manga were reincarnations, since they died young (plus i dont think sanemi and giyuu would've had the time to marry and reproduce since they would've died at 25 and they were 21)
