GADDAMN your au is intense and so well crafted. And your yoriichi is a very good and smart manipulator. From 3:57 with the flashback(which also show the fact those abuse affected him too,he didn’t see his brother but their father instead 4:01 ) to 4:04 when he compared kokushibo to their father, which is a really smart ways to emotionally trap someone. [as someone with a lot of self image issues)the thought of me becoming or acting exactly or just of being compared to my abusors would littéraly break me to the bottom even more if this comparaison is from someone whose being a victim of him too ] I feel that for kokushibo realasing he just acted like their father and the fact it’s yoriichi his last relative before running away from him 4:25 which must being more breaking for him (since he gaslight himself into thinking his lil brother don’t manipulate him) just by the ways he cry ( 4:28 to 4:35 )while desperatly trying to resh his brother who he think see him as their abusive father ,his breakdown at the end is so relatable.
