Trump was never that bad. He was sometimes an arrogant ass. Sometimes he said dumb shit. Sometimes he said mean things. But him and his administration got a lot done in the time they were in office. The US was much better off economically under Trump than Biden. And it's not because of Covid that we are struggling now. What is important is how Biden or Trump respond to Covid because it was a reality whether we liked it or not. Nobody can completely destroy a virus without treading on peoples personal freedoms like in China. In many ways we chose to value our personal freedoms over a slight increase in safety or at least many of us did. Biden chose to make fools of us in Afghanistan and ruin our economy with his idealistic fantasies. He wants to "build back better" rather that just focusing on getting us back to where we were pre-pandemic. Trump is an open book. Sometimes to a fault for sure.
