What's more, Biden's handlers tweeted halfway through the debate that "he's been suffering from a cold". REALLY? Might be the thing to say at the outset, if anything to level-set expectations going in. And, of course, plenty of sheep have been parroting that line until - what's this? - in his first interview after the debate, Biden said NOTHING of having a cold, but blamed his poor performance on all the traveling he'd been doing throughout June. So, clearly SOMEONE was lying about why he did so bad...but seeing how I'll defer to the horse's mouth itself (not talking about Stormy, btw), what does it say that the POTUS admitted he can't perform because HE TRAVELS A LOT...as Presidents are expected to. He all but admitted that he's no longer cut out for the job in an effort to downplay his terrible performance. Brilliant!
