So whatever charges and legal challenges the Left launches will be dealt with the same way Trump's cases have...delay and dismissal. The only push-back against the Right's corruption of the courts lies with the other two branches, the Executive and Legislative. However, if voters put Trump in the White House, and if they give Republicans both houses of Congress, there is nothing stopping an effective MAGA authoritarian takeover of government. Americans are only now realizing how dangerous allowing Trump and the Right to take over the courts has been; they can now sabotage Congressional legislation, state legislation, and Trump would have pardon/commutation power to deal with the rest. Democracy in America is truly hanging on by a thread right now.
