They're playing a game of Magic: the Gathering, specifically, Commander. Before this moment, Jon has played some spells that synergise with each other and require several addition and multiplication calculations to resolve the current action that Jon has taken. Due to several different synergistic effects and/or abilities, each instance on the stack requires individual calculation. This situation has proven undesirable to the other players who ask Jon to clarify exactly what it is that he has done before progressing.
