The thing about cory playing games wrong only makes sense if you don't actually understand the game on a basic level. It's not that he's not using the meta builds, it's simply that he doesn't know how to play but claims his way is the easiest. Sure he can beat it, but through dumb brute force. For example, imagine cory playing mario kart and claiming bikes are the best vehicle and that you should focus on pure speed. Then he proceeds to struggle for 4 episodes and not once drifts because in his opinion drifting is for noobs. His mistake is enormous. Bikes are terrible, but they're good at one thing, drifting. And you want to focus exclusively on acceleration so you can get going faster after getting hit. EVERYONE who's played this game for more than half an hour knows this. He doesn't have to be king gamer, he just has to stop talking 100% pure shit about how to play games. Sonic, dark souls, mario. He's terrible at all of them and plays them wrong. That's why he's so bad at zelda too. Can't brute force a puzzle. I like cory, but he's a certifiable assbrain with farts swirling in his head instead of thoughts. TL;DR: cory says its faster to dig holes with a spoon and gets angry when people tell him a shovel is better and that he should use one.
