Wow. You have done something that I never imagined even doing myself. I love sushi. And yes it's a pain in the butt to go to the sushi place. That product is amazing. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy it because I have so much junk. I'm actually looking at getting rid of some stuff. But if I had the space I would definitely buy it. Rolls that you should try: California roll, it has cucumber avocado and imitation crab meat which is basically pollock fish already cooked and frozen. It tastes pretty similar to crab meat, but thats what's in it. I think Abbey would like it. It doesn't taste fishy either. Try to make a Boston roll too. Smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and avocado. Those two are my favorites and every time I go there I have to get those. Definitely make a tuna tuna roll, tuna salad, avocado and a little cucumber. I wonder what they put in it to make it spicy. I actually like the spicy one too. Honestly, if I went to your house and you presented me with that, I would think that someone made that for you. It looks that good. Way to go Jackie. What's next, you going to make your own pasta? Raise some chickens in the back for the eggs?

The first roll I made was a California roll. I didn't use imitation crab, i use real crab. I typically ask for real crab when I go to the sushi restaurant that we love but maybe I will try it with imitation crab next time. I am actually excited to give it a try with the tempura and tonight we are cooking baked cod.

Another kitchen gadget. It is a no for me but this time because I do NOT like Sushi at all. My husband and I do not like fish at all. I know that there are ones without fish but still not my cup of tea. I am glad that you have something that is not expensive to make your sushi however some of the ingredients could be expensive. Still not my cup of tea.

My so called family are not the nicest to me as they do all they can to tear me down and fake caring about me occasionally. I always think of you and the rough times you’ve gone through and still deal with daily between your anxiety with this pandemic, stress as you’re an incredible Mom to 3 little ones... Abbey, Axel and Milo. I’m always very good at putting on a smile or having fun though I usually only feel that way temporarily because I choose not to show my true feelings since I feel people don’t care so it wouldn’t really matter plus I feel like I’d be embarrassing myself just as I keep it all buckled inside which I know is not the greatest thing to do but it’s the easiest way for me.
