This is one of my favorite hymns of all time. Mother Mae Etta Peterson is telling her story about being a soldier in The Lord's Army. You can only serve in one of two Armies. The Lord's Army or The Devil's Army. The choice is yours. I play this version when I need a faith boost. Hymns are weapons God has giving us to fight The Devil and his Demons. The St. Mary M.B. Church's choir will sing this hymn at my funeral when my pallbearers put my casket in the cemetery.
