Exactly my point, I said that alot in my vids (well, a few times at least that is); "It's not cheating, it's IN the game." It can be considered exploiting, but that's up to everybody else to decide. BTW, latest Patch, on PC at least, not fixed; I said it a few times, it'd require the code to be rewritten and the mechanic for skills/spells/magic needs to be changed, so they are not gonna do that for one exploit that you have to find out by accident ;)

It's also possible that you need high initial alchemy skill with some perks for this to work, otherwise the % increase won't be high enough for a new potion.

Sure. Just make enough really strong "Fortify Enchanting" Potions, and then enchant all items you want. You just need to get the % of the enchantment over 100 so it actually makes magic cost 0 points.

This glitch also known as Restoration Glitch doesn't work on the patches 1.7 and beyond

the only reason I'd use this is so i can like incredibly magicka regeneration or make power potions and get rid of all the lesser powerful ones I have. Plus using this method you can insane money through alchemy. Using Giants Toe and Wheat makes a potion worth 1000 or more when you first start the game, that's crazy

the reason why it didn't raise from 11% is because you did not have any perks in enchanting , to increase it without putting perks in enchanting you would need a fortify enchanting potion of at least 45%.. this method is no more a glitch or exploit then using the enchanting smithing alchemy loop, it just cuts out smithing and enchanting really.

Actually the glitch works on consoles even patch 1.9 I tried it on PS3. I made a ring of alchemy of 54. So yea it works but you need to make a really strong enchantment on a ring like high 3 or 4 digit numbers for the effect to stay on the jewelry or armor.

u can only fortify alchemy by enchanting

if you do this now u can get 100 alchemy in 1 potion and legendary that skil and get a lot of skill points

That is correct :) I've never made Skills legendary, I find it's too exploiting to level any Skill to 100 and get the bonus points.

It's patched BUT you can always go back into your saved memory and delete the patch. Unfortunately, you have to make another player.

Fortify restoration is great.. makes it all boss. It's easy really. Drink fortify restoration potion after u make it, two fish and salt pile too.. then make more rest. Potions.. drink a bunch then make a fort. Enchanting potion. And go enchant. Boss levels

If you do it with restoration potions ... you can (after you have rest. Potions at 1000000 or how much :) ) you can do this with amulet of talons and you have unlimited shouts :)

I dont think it was patched. In fact I have just used it on 1.8+ with a character created after 1.5 (it was a test... I dont find funny to kill everyone with a miserable iron dagger :)). Of course Bethesda should have fixed this exploit because it badly ruins a great game (and you can crash it if the % are too high!)
