People who have easy pregnancies have NO IDEA how hard it is and how affected you get when you have a miscarriage unless they experience it. It really sucks to not have the joy of being excited and instead just full of anxiety. I don’t wish that on anyone.

Thank you so much 💛 My progesterone levels before pregnancy were borderline ok. But apparently there are recent studies that say if you have recurrent miscarriages, getting that extra progesterone helps a lot. Worth asking your doctor about it x

Hi Allie! So sorry you’re going through this too. They discovered my thyroid levels were fine when not pregnant, but as soon as I got pregnant they would go off. It’s called gestational hypothyroidism in my case. I was prescribed thyroid medication for it for the entire pregnancy and have regular blood tests to make sure my levels are ok. It might be worth asking your doctor for tests on this once you are pregnant to check 💛 Sending you lots of strength
