I met Bobby personally and I am a friend of Douglas his brother! The vibe I got was that he's completely genuine and passionate person, unafraid to stand up for his beliefs! At the time he was talking about cleaning the Hudson River and I couldn't help but laugh, as a boater who spent many summers on Hudson docked in Newburgh! He looked at me, but didn't get angry and asked, You probably think that's impossible! I said what I experienced, the smell and oil all over,fish being toxic and thrown back into water by local fisherman and the story commonly told that you could run a car battery with Hudson water! He said that the thing about a river is that it's constantly moving, in case of Hudson that it moves in both direction, a tidal river and if we stopped polluting it, it would naturally heal! Only 4 years later, we were swimming in Hudson, the smell was gone as was the oily glitter! Funny thing that 4 years is a presidential mandate, something often used as an excuse for not doing anything positive! So,if we let him, he just might be able to clean up the swamp America became! I will never laugh at this man again!
