I'm Putting Up My Own Money To Fix UFC Fighter Pay! 10K Bonuses For Prelim Fighters in 2025?

I am planning in 2025 to start a system using my own money as a majority in order to help fix low level UFC fighter pay. I want to introduce new bonuses for fighters on their first contract. Instead of just crying on twitter, let me know what you guys think in the comments section down below.

Hard to see how it couldn't work, though. Just need to get the logistics of getting the money to them lined out, which could be done very simply via venmo or something, and figure out how to let people vote on it without that getting compromised by bots, which I'm sure would be the hardest part. Hopefully, it continues until new contracts start at 50k/50. That should be a bare minimum in the ufc. The ufc needs to do a better job promoting unranked fighters and stop wasting resources to play favorites and gas light fans about certain fighters. The playing field needs to be leveled a little more. I'm not talking about participation trophies, though, so don't nobody get it twisted.

Fighter pay legitimately holds this sport back so much. Image 20 years from now if entry level guys made 100k to show. Alot would need to change but the skill that would be on display would be awesome

If you are actually dedicated and good in ufc, in single year you can easily renegotiate contract with 3 wins. But that requires sacrifice, dedication and not partying with h0es.
