You, my man, are the one to go to for club reviews. I am an arthritic senior who has swing speed in the lower 70’s to upper 60’s with my 7 iron because I choke up and swing easy (75-80%). Normally, the higher the number the heavier the head. 3 to 5 wood around 3 to 4 grams (although can vary) heavier, 5 to 7 wood another 3 to 4 grams and so on 👍

@@GOLFADDICT65 if its primarily forgiveness that you are after honestly there are much more forgiving options than the Ops and XP. The distance side of things at a slower speed will very much depend on it's capabilities with your individual delivery to maintain good Launch Factors and Face Speed. There are soooo many options and permutations that it's very difficult to say what will work.
