I'm selling the Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway on eBay.... kind of!

Apologies for the rather clickbait style title as I'm clearly not selling an entire railway. Rather I'm selling two OO gauge locomotives that I bought with the intention of building a layout for. That was over a decade ago though and neither have been out of their box since so it's time to move them on.
First up is the 0-4-0ST L&YR Pug locomotive from Dapol. This is a fairly rare model as while their are plenty of these models around there weren't many produced in the L&YR goods locomotive livery. It looked like new when I bought it and other than being test run a couple of times I've never used it and it still runs perfectly. The second model is much more interesting and actually very very rare. This is a model of the preserved 2-4-2T locomotive (works number 1008) released by Bachmann back in 2013. It was an exclusive edition in L&YR livery released in conjunction with the National Railway Museum and they only made 100 of these models. As this one had never been run until I tested it for this video, having only been out of the box once when it first arrived, it is in mint condition. There is unfortunately a little damage to the outer box, but that shouldn't detract from the model. I'm not sure if this will appeal to collectors of NRM exclusive models, or just someone who likes the L&YR but hopefully it will find a home where it doesn't just sit in a box for over a decade.
