Ahhh the misprints on that LoTR deck remind me of some of the ones in a few decks I have from Luna Factory in Japan. Highlights include “pege of wands” and the entire wands suit in another deck as “Wandas”. Honestly they just make me laugh! They were expensive but it makes them charming, a reminder of how cool it is to live in a global society where people speak different languages and sometimes make mistakes. Also, the character that was deceitful to King Theoden is named Grima Wormtongue. Hate that guy! Thanks for a wonderful video, I always enjoy them!

LOTR deck: the nasty man whose name you couldn't remember was Grima Wormtongue. Could the Q of W card be Tauriel from the Hobbit films? She was pretty headstrong, smart, and nifty with a bow!

I think it is good if you don't know anything about norse mythology or runes for the runic tarot 😅 i tiptoed around it so many times because norse paganism is my jam, and i just could not understand so many of the choices made unfortunately, so i never got it... but i am happy it fits well for you~ i feel it deserves love still.

I just take it as a fantasy deck with Viking flavours and that way it works for me but I feel you that for anything deeper it’s not it !

Tarot at the End of the Rainbow is one of those decks that goes in and out of my wishlist periodically since I first saw it (partly because I also thought it was just leprechauns)... every time I see it it goes back in my wishlist 😫😍 It’s so cute and kitchy in the best way! The Runic tarot sadly didn’t end up working for me 😢 I got it because Vikings is my favorite tv show 😂😂😂 (I wasn’t a fan of Vikings Valhalla... have you watched the original?? 🤩). You are correct, I don’t think it’s a runic deck. (And after reading history books about the vikings, I have... thoughts... about learning the runes. But I won’t spill the tea here 😂). “Fantasy lovers deck with a viking flare” is an accurate description.

Yes the tarot at the end of the rainbow is so cute, I think you would love the fantasy vibe; it is one of those decks that makes me happy for no reason 😁Omg LOVED Vikings the original (and yes I totally preferred it to Valhalla even though Valhalla was still an enjoyable watch it was nowhere near as dramatic as Vikings. Floki will forever be my favourite character & the ultimate fool🤩 ). But yes I feel you for the runes, I have had to do some serious research to find books that didn't come from problematic points of views 😥thank you so much for watching & I hope you're doing good 💖

I might’ve even commented 😂 Such a good show 🔥 I actually enjoyed the first season of Valhalla, it’s the second season I didn’t like. They leaned too hard on the non historically accurate Viking stereotype 🙃 The other day I went to the bookstore that sells many decks to see if they had the rainbow one bu they didn’t! I was all ready to get it if I found it out and about 😂

I have Runic Tarot kit with big book. There is planty informations about nordic gods and all about runes. If you will ever have a chance to read it I highly recommend it 👍

Great decks surprised you! Through watching your videos I’ve discovered tarots and oracles I have never seen. I have in my collection the Fantasmi tarot. Love it and is one of my favorites! I used to follow closely Lo Scarabeo and waited for months for its release in 2014, then waited to arrive to the tarot shops in Mexico. It doesn’t take to long to arrive to Mexico but I think I can understand when you say that you wait for many months for your decks. I have discovered many indi decks watching your videos, I’m really impressed of the many artists around the world creating such beautiful tarots and oracles. Thanks for your videos.
