To avoid the problem of infinite regress, it is necessary to identify a first cause that is not caused by anything else. This first cause is often referred to as the "uncaused cause" or the "necessary being" Say, "He is Allāh, [who is] One, Allāh, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, Nor is there to Him any equivalent."

Its funny he keeps saying you can't define things into existence then proceed to do so and says the evidence is that we are here! Its like a kid who thinks he is invisible because he can't see anyone when he closes his eyes😂

In islam god"Allah"is eternal, has no end ,this the meaning of eternal,so it's more ratinonable that god has no beginning.Eternal means doesn't die and if god doesn't die that means god is always alive and these are some names of god in islam.I think it's more ratinonable and acceptable just think a little.b

and when you combine that with the history of Jesus, Muhammed. believing in a divine in every ancient culture let it be Australian aborigines. central American people etc. plus add things like love, good, bad, art. consciousness. best explanation is to believe god and he sent down messengers. and Muhammed is one of them and the Quran is one of the messages. The quran's strongest side is it defines god best. attributes of the god in Quran is just insane. you know it is from god. Also there are some historical things right? like roman persian battle. ibrahim's people worshiping 3 entities. some other details about ancient civilizations. also prophecies of the prophet... preservation of the text. and Islam is unique in that one. if one want's to believe in god and search for him. there are more then enough signs. beaut of the cats. butterflies. beauty o the sky at night. brother people want to belive existence of the lost ancient underwater civilizations and one archeological signs is enough for them. the other option is matter infinitely bouncing around and that is it. no meaning nothing. just infinitum. dark blind. meaningless. morals are just an illusion. there is no good and bad. conciussness is just an illusion of electrons bouncing around (which doesn't make sense). and we will perish one day when we die. and the sun will perish also. i will take the first one.

Eternal means it exists forever. You’re confusing eternal and immortal. Immortal means immune to death. It’s like Al Baqi vs Al Hayy

@ahmedehab6303
@ahmedehab6303 26 күн бұрын
Some people may accept the idea of immortality of god and can't accept that god has no beginning.Why not?if god created all the universe and god is existed before everything and eternal.The point that misleads those people is that they compare their qualities with ones of god.Man is weaker than most creations of god like the sun i.e.how can we compare god with god's creations.May Allah guide all people to the straight path.

The universe is the book in the analogy. We did get the book from the library (the universe does exist). Therefore there wad a first cause

The book in a library analogy shows that you can never get a book. But what if you were at the front of an infinite long que? Who gets seen next is you.
@virtualwanderer
@virtualwanderer 25 күн бұрын
How can you be at the front of an infinite queue? There is no start or end point which negates the meaning of infinite. There is an endless queue behind and infront of you, if you say you are at the back or front of the queue makes it disanalogous.
@AggToaster
@AggToaster 25 күн бұрын
@virtualwanderer well infinity doesn't mean no start or end. Take for example if I start counting now and don't ever stop. In the library example if there's no front of the que then all the analogy is saying is imagine there is no beginning or end then there's no beginning or end. Not that interesting. Now imagine something that begins but doesn't end or ends but doesn't begin then the senario has different outcomes.
@virtualwanderer
@virtualwanderer 25 күн бұрын
@@AggToaster that's not an infinite if it has a starting point or end point. Infinite is that which has no beginning or ending.

You can't apply the same logic to your god. You need to explain where this god that always existed came from. You're claiming that matter is made by god but cannot explain how god came into existence.

That is a silly Question. God always existed before time and space. God or the First cause has to be uncaused otherwise there will be infinite regress and the universe wouldn't exist today. Note that the first cause or God is uncaused and is not bound by time and space.
