I also feel same. Sometimes I feel I'm an alive dead body, there is nothing new in my life, I'm just following my boring routine. Some days ago, I also started dancing like you and I enjoy dancing so much. It gives me lot of pleasure. Hi Alina, I’m an old guy who has spoken English my entire life and I’ve relocated to a more diverse state. I started watching your videos because it’s really hard to learn a new language when your older. I need all the help I can get. I really enjoy your content because your much more thorough in bringing up the intricacies of language. It may be a lot easier for me because I’m older but I’ve managed to pick up a lot of hobbies that I can do alone. The net has been great at exposing me to new ways to exploit the interests I already have. I’ve found that researching my interests online has given me new ways to get involved with them. By the way, if you are one of those people who have a hard time sweating, be very careful not to overdo it when exerting yourself. Your more susceptible to heat stroke and plenty of other ailments that overheating can cause. Somebody once said that if you wish to find meaning in life the first thing you have to do is sacrifice your boredom. I do have to add that the guy who said that went nuts. Wish you the best and I’ll see you in your videos and thanks for the help.

The timing of this video is so timely... I am going thru one of those secluded phases of life and i am trying new languages,new yoga poses, drawing and long walks alone and in travel in bus... lessening the time with mobile fone. Aleena i would advice to try out dancing, singing, traditional or western, exercises, drawing, buy charts and oil paints. And yeah one on one sessions...Baaki u r just too good...be happy with loved ones. Try it.
