So I've worked in retail back in the 90s at an extremely busy store..the assistant manager wanted us to write down all the things we had done at work and how long it took. Not for nothing if Michael let Pam wait for him in line she would of never gotten the all toppings pretzel. She would of just gotten a regular one. So Michael wouldn't of eaten all that extra sugar from the toppings and get a sugar high when he was making the deals. All the extra sugar really made him productive. And if he wasn't preductive jan would of been pissed and may have got rid of him. So he was right the whole thing would of been blown.
