They need to make it so moskov cant benefit too much from damage items, the second skill dosent stun but just slows the enemy, first skill does not give any effects and make the ult like laylas ult range. Since people were disagreeing with me, that means moskov must still be too overpowered. Next patch, moskov passive should be revamped. On death moskov turns into a ball of light much like rafaelas broken passive (i die to it every time, pls nerf) and heals the nearest ally for 8% of moskov max hp and 2.5% of allies lost hp. This way moskov will be balanced
