Can someone explain the Alfredo Garcia joke, I’ve gone back years and years and I still don’t know the origins of it 😂😂

There was a movie called "Bring me the head of Alfredo Garcia". For years, Graham Garden has managed to shoehorn it into the various "titles" rounds. It just became a running joke between him and the audience as to how he would manage it, depending on the setup by the chairman. E.g. Titles that would appeal to hair salonists: "Bring me the Head And Shoulders of Alfredo Garcia". It's just one of several long-standing jokes that Graham invented.
