I've been visitng a friend who's going through chemo in hospital here in Italy at the moment, she is on a ward, 5 to a room, so everyone gets to know each other, but there is no privacy at all (or even a tv in the room) so I am blown away by your room! I was cracking up thinking of you today - I was running work errands listening to your video on my phone - if I had been filming too, I would have done the PJs Beauty Shop Vlog trifecta! Anyhow, great to see you on there, and I'm glad you got a larger room. Philicia you look really great! Hey on days when the nausea is bad, Attivan is your friend! Ask your nurses about it, that medication was a lifesaver for me! Hey I had ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) too!! that is actually great news, much better than other types! You will be fine my friend! I also had 3 bone biopsies, omg painful but each one gets a little easier! believe it or not!

I went through leukemia last year so I know exactly how you're feeling, the most important thing is trying to remain positive, some times its harder than others.Chemo changed my taste as well as smell, for the longest time I couldn't smell, even my sons dirty diapers, I guess thats not a bad thing :) My hair was real long too, its def harder so cut it, dont worry though, it all comes back, mine is super curly right now! I'm wishing you the BEST treatment and recovery! xoxo Michele

@MichCoccaBene Thank you so much. I have tried attivan and you are right it works great. I am glad about my diagnosis. My doc may put me on another round of chemo but he said after that it will be gone for good. Bone biopsies are the worst but if I only have to have a few more I will deal with it just to know that I will have a clean bill of health. Thanks again :)

my sister has super short hair, and it looks so chic. It will be a big change if you've had long hair for a while. I've was in the hospital for a month once and it was difficult to keep myself entertained, too. My aunt went through chemo, and went to bingo every day! LOL. I was amazed. But I guess that was her way of keeping herself entertained. (she went into get chemo every day, she wasn't in the hospital, it was a little different) stay well inside of you

Oh and if I can offer one other suggestion, be careful with skin products, I'm not sure when and if you're getting total body radiation but if you do, your skin might become super sensitive, mine did. I culdn't use even mac wipes on my face until recently (had my bone marrow transplant april 2010) xoxo Michele
