Stutterers are excellent readers, often times great listeners and good actors. Speech And Language Therapist (SALT) are the professionals you see medically. So far, there has been no practical help offered. They only help you to accept your condition as a stutterer, and to identify who, where, and what you are comfortable speaking with. The major LESSON I LEARNT FROM THEIR SERVICE IS ‘I DO NOT HAVE TO SAY ALL IN MY HEAD/MIND BEFORE MY AUDIENCE UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TRYING TO CONVEY. Also, I CAN COMMUNICATE IN DIFFERENT FORMS OTHER THAN SPEAKING. I do stutter and I have a child who does. We try to talk slowly, still stutters, what helps is BEING confident in ourselves and knowing we have done excellently well in all we do, hence going about our days with our ‘shoulders high’’.

I have them around from my childhood age, don't frustrate them to anger, don't intimidate them, don't cause them to anger. Help them psychologically.
