OK man I am an alcoholic. This is rough but I know you can do it buddy. I am having the worst life possible but You can make it buddy. It seems terrible but you can make it have a feeling of hope……please because I am a stranger from Dallas but I care for you brother!!!

When I feel down, depressed, and lonely, I find that writing down how you feel helps. The other way I got through a depressive episode was to listen to music that I could relate to. Perhaps something like that could help you too?

Hey man, convince yourself to go to the gym on certain days and keep that schedule (for a start !). Use the energy from Superman (behind you on the wall). Take care !
