Look into getting a mobo board. It’s a super easy tool and has helped me with so many of my hip, knee, foot, ankle, and all the run specific injuries tbh.

Idk if this will help but check out goata training and see if maybe that can help with your knee issues, It's kinda culty not going to lie but there is definitely some wisdom in it as well.
