The only reason they’re not running KZN is because the ANC didn’t get their 50+1 so were forced into a coalition. My feeling is that MK are going to cause trouble in KZN because they feel they’ve been robbed of their right to be in charge. The ANC/DA/IFP coalition in KZN is fragile in my opinion. I think if FF+ hadn’t been in the GNU, then MK would have joined. Anyway, it is what it is. We all know how strong tribal identity can be, and frankly, that worries me in KZN.
