How did the Benn UKAD case differ from Whyte and Fury (both Tyson and Hughie)?

Fury went through the process & was given a ban, which he appealed & lost. Whyte this time around isn't licenced by the British board & did previously serve a ban. Benn unlike Fury/Khan etc argued that the board had no right to even BEGIN their investigation due to jurisdiction which the has now lost, so the investigation can begin. This 'no one else was treated like this by the board' stuff is bs, no one dared to pull such a bs legal move.

Why is everyone letting Robert Smith off the hook ? He’s the head of the British Board and Ben passed all his Ukad tests which are the only test the Board recognises as it states in its own regulations . If Conor was with Warren or Shalom he wouldn’t even have had vada tests ffs , Shalom had Dave Allen headlining a sky show and none of the fighters were tested at all during camp but Robert Smith is in Saudi sanctioning Fury v Ngannou despite neither even having a uk boxing licence 🤯 . Benn has definitely behaved stupidly but the Board have changed their rules during this mess

@@HuwEvans. Fury & Khan were only 1x failed tests & did cooperate during the process hence 4 years down to 2 years. Benn spent 6 months avoiding the board before launching a pr & legal war with TWO failed tests, that ought to be 4 years minimum if not 6. The fact he fought twice during the timeframe if anything means it shouldn't be backdated.
