@@henryb160there’s plenty of room for expansion without needing a rule change you seen the size of those disabled sections at the new stadium? there’s no reason why 4 seats should take up 5 complete rows that stadium won’t be 52.888 for long

Pretty sure a stadium needs to hold around a minimum of 70,000 to host a Champions League final. Everton stadium cannot be made bigger.
