Sometimes I think I want to play this game again. But I always remember how things have changed. Not the game. But the people. I miss the way things were, but they aren't coming back. So sometimes I just listen to the music I remember from that time.

I 100% feel you on this. I played a little bit of Classic vanilla and even got into a little raiding in Classic TBC for a bit, and people really are different. Lots of know-it-alls, with no time or patience for re-discovering the game. There was stuff I came across that I never got to experience before, so it was nice from a single-player perspective, but the community is vastly different than back in the day when everyone was discovering the game at the same time. >_

Even being healed by the light causes them agonizing pain. But do they run from it? Hell naw! These mother fuckers create an entire order of assassins to eliminate it! Light Slayers use stealth, deception, and whatever other dirty tactics they need to singlehandedly dispatch the greatest threats there are to their people. Threats that an undead warrior, hunter, even a warlock would (Again, speaking from a lore standpoint) be absolutely annihilated by. Even a trained regiment of undead soldiers could be overran by a few users of the light, but the light slayers go in, and fucking solo agents of the light.

I love how all the alliance people are like "did you forget Gilneas?" apparently they forgot that the cowardly Gileans walled themselves up instead of assisting Lorderon. If they had helped, the undead issue wouldn't have gotten as bad as it had; and the forsaken may not have been created. Gilneas had it coming.

@KuraiKoyoyoyama - There is one physical difference between high elves and blood elves. High elves have blue eyes, blood elves have green. (According to the wowwiki article on Blood Elves and from seeing the models available in WoW Model Viewer.) -- The Sylvanas model used in the official video of "Lament of the Highborne" had blue eyes.
