Wow the mind map at the end was so inspirational! I need to do the same. I really hope you're ok and hopefully these dark wintery days are over quickly. I struggle in Jan and Feb too. By the way I do not think it's unprofessional to show your humanity online. Illustrators are humans! Being connected to your emotions is a strength.
