Hi Mr. French! Seneca, SC's town center is a true, beautiful gem! It is such a nice place with so many historic structures and local businesses. Surprisingly, the town center is large, and how it is laid out is charming. I really enjoyed this walk and talk video, Timothy! I can see why people are choosing Seneca as a place to retire. It has an appeal that is welcoming, genuine, friendly, and safe! GOD bless!

I’m originally from Minnesota, been living in Seneca for the past 9 yrs now. Southern hospitality is real and I love it here

Yes sir I believe I like this little town. Me and my wife are planning a trip up here in the next few weeks. We retired here in garden City Beach but realized it's costly to live here in a tourist trap area. Also theirs just to many people for us here. Gotta love traffic jams in this area. I believe Seneca SC would suit us a little bit better and I believe your correct when more and more people keep saying it's turning into a retirement area. Will have to check it out further.

Seneca is a great town for sure. Garden City and the whole Grand Strand have gotten way to touristy for me too. Hope you find what you are looking for. And thanks for watching.

My wife and I are planning on moving to S.C. Been watching a lot of these videos. Any suggestions on where to look that is quiet and crime free. Also near a va hospital or clinic. I would appreciate any thing you could tell us.

I do not have a video on Aiken, SC as of yet, but it’s a nice town and the Aiken VA clinic is there.

I'm from Seneca and I miss the layed back part go on down to keowee sc It was a great place to grow up but when come time to make money had move to sparyanburg

lol I was born there. My family moved from there when I was 12. Many memories ago Timothy. Met my husband years later, he is a NC native. I know Charlotte very well. We live in the country east of Charlotte. Been here since 1978. Small world my friend!
