Just wow, so many talented singers attempt to sing this song & NONE of them can sing it and perfectly capture every feeling and emotion that Avril does. Bravo that was excellent . Or am I totally dumb and missed it?) - “Freshman” by The Verve... there’s a great cover by Jay Brannan that’s piano driven that you may could get inspiration from - “Jumper” by Third Eye Blind... there’s also a good cover by Bedlight for Blue Eyes that strips it down - “Torn” by Natalie Imbruglia - “Zombie” by The Cranberries - “Losing my Religion” by REM and finally - “We Don’t Eat” by James Vincent McMorrow (or “Follow You Down to the Red Oak Tree”) No pressure or anything...
