* Pie dough for 1 liter of whey:
- 60 g yeast
- 1 liter of whey
- 150 - 200 g sugar
- 100 g soft butter
- 10-20 g vanilla sugar
- 60 g odorless vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-3 eggs (depending on size)
* Fillings for pies:
- with beans:
boil the beans, grind, add a little ground poppy seeds and sugar to taste
- poppy:
grind the poppy seeds in a coffee grinder, add any jam to it (the consistency should be thick so that it is convenient to sculpt pies)
- rhubarb filling:
Cut the rhubarb into small cubes, add a few tablespoons of sugar, wait until it lets out the juice and drain. Then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste.
- berry fillings for pies:
I added whole fresh blueberries to the pies, sprinkling it with sugar a little while sculpting the pies.
Pre-peel the cherries, cover with sugar and drain the juice.
- curd filling:
add 1 egg, vanilla sugar to 300 g of cottage cheese. While modeling, add a little cottage cheese and milk caramel with filling to the pie.
- pies with condensed milk:
Fry peanuts in a dry frying pan, chop them and add to boiled condensed milk.
- pies with cabbage and mushrooms:
Fry carrots and onions, add chopped cabbage, simmer until soft. Garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Soak a handful of dried mushrooms for several hours and boil in salted water. Grind them, you can also fry in a pan and add to the cabbage.
- pies with "chocolate"
Mix cocoa and sugar 1: 1, add to pies. Sugar will melt, mixing with cocoa, you get a delicious chocolate filling. It is better to take fine sugar to completely dissolve.
