Awesome video! Took alot from it and I really appreciate it. Couple questions! 1. You say you should use a new phone number for new channels. You have plenty of channels, how do you go about it? Do you buy a new phone for every channel? I guess with your money you could also just buy old channels for sale... but not every1 has the money for that. 2. In Canada after you make $30k you have to register for a business for tax purposes. I've never seen any1 talking about how they handle that kinda stuff as content creators. Could you make a video about that please? 3. Would love to see how content creator teams manage their internal slack or discords. That's also something no one talks about that I've always been super curious about. How do you deal with employees, recruitment, task management, who uploads the videos, who handles what, etc. etc.!!!

@@waterm3lonlover937 great questions, 1) so you only need a NEW phone number, if it’s a brand new channel and you’re planning to do shorts on it. One option is just using members of your family, to be entirely transparent with you, I just do that lol. 2, I’m based in Australia so it’s a lot different, one thing I can tell you though, is making a business is a lot more profitable, given the tax deductions etc, I know a lot about it. I've just got into trading - so it's very difficult to separate the genuine advice from the shilling, good to see some seemingly genuine unmonetised advice. Can you expand a little on the "don't use a new channel" advice? How is it possible to make this work as a newcomer if you need a 2-3 year old channel? Can you just use your existing YT profile? Also - are there any issues around copyright for channels like the Family Guy shorts?

Great question, and yeah. that was one of the reasons I decided to just bite the bullet and put out this info for free. So channels that weren’t created before 2022 for example, will often get shadow banned on shorts specifically (same doesn’t apply to longform) - alternative is purchasing an aged channel.

In regards to the family guy question, not if you reuse the content and heavily modify it. Having a pure voiceover for example, is considered “modified content” hence it’s monetisable. If you were to just post family guy clips in general, you’d be ineligible for monetisation, but you can still get a music deal. (Some channels do solely that)

If you’re starting out yourself with little to no capital, I’d honestly recommend shorts. Long form wouldn’t really be feasible, but yeah. You could definitely learn to edit shorts yourself, wouldn’t be too difficult either & you can just pay an editor once you’ve started making profit. :)
