I will definitely be trying the butternut squash orzo recipe. Sweet potato and black bean flautas are a favorite in my home. I stew the black beans with sofrito, chorizo, potatoes and sazón.

With chilly weather here, the pasta salad with roasted butternut squash looks amazing. Late autumn through winter is a great time to crank up the oven. All the salads look yummy. 👌

Mushrooms absorb a negligible amount of water when washed/ rinsed. America’s Test Kitchen tested it, so I wash now, never have an issue. Love these salad ideas!

I made the SW salad. Very good, however, next time will only use 1 chipotle pepper. Just too much heat for me. Husband and son loved it!

We survived the Frog Eye salad this summer and that tiny pasta is super hard to find so I am super excited to try some other pasta salads this fall. Amish pasta salad is super yummy too at 12 Tomatoes.Love love love your channel you are hilarious!

I wish so much that you would tell us the measurements because some of us are not really good cooks. I don’t know if you’re using a teaspoon or a tablespoon or a half a cup or a cup etc. Everything you make looks so good and it looks like you know what you’re doing, but some of us don’t. I wanna make what you make, but I don’t know the measurements and too much of the wrong seasoning could really mess it up. Like, how much is “a little bit of garlic?
