Good idea. A tin can would make it sturdier and less inclined to fall over - plus a quick lick of paint inside and outside the tin too. A Pringles tube with the lid on would give you two bases if you cut it in half! Oh the ideas are endless and the instructions are so simple, even for beginners. Thank you from the UK.

They're cute but I think they are too light to be sturdy and would easily fall over. They need some kind of weighted bottom to compensate. But they ARE adorable! I've made something similar using old empty food cans and they were perfect and held their place.

They are to hold things, pens and pencils, makeup brushes, paintbrushes, etc. Son para sostener cosas... bolígrafos y lápices, brochas de maquillaje, pinceles, etc. 🤔 I was thinking you could line the inside bottom with felt, so nothing falls through & maybe put a heavy washer, to weigh it down. Estaba pensando que podrías forrar el fondo interior con fieltro, para que no se caiga nada y tal vez poner una arandela pesada para darle peso. Or you could use a small legth of pvc pipe w/ a bottom cap, instead of toilet paper roll. Either could be painted or covered in card stock. O podría usar un pequeño tramo de tubería de PVC con una tapa inferior, en lugar de un rollo de papel higiénico. Cualquiera de los dos podría pintarse o cubrirse con cartulina. Hope this helps. I’ve made/sold something very similar to this and also using the toilet paper roll, but feedback was they continually fell over from the weight cf whatever was being held. I stopped making them after just one show.
