For Apar industries clearly only PE expansion (16 to 43) has taken place in last one year with as good as no topline growth (hardly 10% YoY). If the market enters bear phase PE will contract back to original value of 20 and so will price. Next year if stock consolidates this will go sideways at best if it’s growth doesn’t go above 30%. 45 TTM is crazy PE for a company with YoY sales growth of 9%! You may want to book profits and get in back a year later if future growth story still holds good.

Yes sir, their main reason for PE expansion was their foray into B2C play which got them premium valuations, but ofcourse the min the stock drops i will exit at profit because I have a good cushion right now

I mean we have to read lot of news and research reports. Trent is tata company which owns zudio. Apar was on the rise constantly and infact they also did tv ads. Varun bev is a Pepsi company. If you buy Pepsi or sting and look behind the bottle you'll see this company. As I said in the interview you have to observe everything- if you feel ppl r buying sting a lot find out which company they are from

Sir Suppose a good company shares are bought at a very low price and made a profit of around 80% and now the share price corrects upto 30%, should i buy some more shares or book profit? Please do mention the bull run post Covid being a big reason for such high returns. This does not guarantee similar returns in future. Markets currently seem to be overvalued. So please be cautious.

I suggest you to utilise 1.25 profit everyday I suggest you to book atleast 1Lakh profit every year and buy it back ASAP Because if you leave it and 10 years later if you get 20L profit You'll be paying a lot in Captial gains But when u sell and buy it back you pay less tax Now you profits will be same but in papper you basically have less profit because every year you sell upto 1 lakh Profit so you'll get new price or Nav
