If u want the sample to be an octave lower and in the same time you can enable flex time in the quick sampler and for the step sequencer you can turn it into midi wen u hv finished with it and then separate it by channel to make it better for arranging instead of doing it the way that u r doing with different sequencers on different channels you can just do it all in one
